We negotiate lower prices on brand-new pedigree yachts (usually 20% below market price) and pass the savings on to you. This will typically mean a savings of millions of dollars for each owner.

Our management team, with its 85 years of yacht management experience, will professionally and meticulously manage your yacht eliminating the unpleasant responsibilities of individual yacht ownership and assuring appreciating value. With a focus on costs the yacht’s annual operating expenses are kept to an absolute minimum as a result of Monocle’s Fleet Purchasing power. Each yacht is owned by a separate entity that maintains its own bank account distributing monthly operating statements along with certified statements annually. Our fractional owners take advantage of the Owners Communication Center easily located on our website for their scheduling updates, Boatique purchases, and other information about their yachting experience.

Financing Your Share:  As you scroll through our fleet list page you will undoubtedly find a yacht that is just perfect for your personal needs.

Monocle is the only yacht company tha can offer a financing rate of 1.8% and 100% financing on the purchase of shares on many of the yachts listed on our available Fleet page. If you elect to finance your share, the interest portion of your loan is tax deductible.

We strive to make yacht ownership affordable.

We will assist you with the selection of one or multiple shares in any of the yachts currently enrolled in our fractional program or you can join one of our “purchase groups” that are continually being formed to purchase a specific model yacht at our discounted pricing. In the future, should you decide to sell your ownership share, which you can do at any time, or the fractional group decides to sell the yacht entirely, Monocle will assist you in that endeavor as well.

Current yacht owners can take advantage of the Monocle Fractional Program by having us sell the unused portion of their idle asset. You will receive immediate cash from the fractional sale, a partner to share the operating expenses with and will immediately benefit from Monocle Management’s fleet purchasing power and management expertise.
