Overview
Monocle divides the total purchase price of the yacht into 10 ownership shares allowing you to purchase only as much as you will use. This is a one time purchase. Each 10% ownership interest entitles you to 4 weeks of use per year. The annual operating expenses including crew are also divided on an ownership percentage basis which range from $35,000 per 10% share annually. Our program eliminates the motivation to own your own boat. When you decide to sell your share you receive all the residuals.
