| Down Payment Per 10% Share | 150,000 |
We have secured financing in the amount of $3,450,000 to cover the balance of the purchase price on the entire yacht. We will create a junior loan for each of the fractional owners representing their percentage of ownership and of the entire loan. The loan will be implemented 30 days prior to shipping from the manufacturer.
The projected loan will be a 7½% interest, 20 year term.
The monthly loan payment per 10% share based on the above interest rate and term are $2,779.00
Operational Expenses
the total annual operational expenses for the entire yacht are estimated at $350,000 annually or $35,000 per 10% share annually. Payable $8,750 quarterly.
