| The demand for yacht enjoyment remains constant even in these touch economic times. There has been a paradigm shift in the whole yachting industry. No longer are yacht owner's willing to obligate themselves with huge debt to support an asset they only use two or three weeks a year and also saddles them with unnecessary management responsibility.
Monocle’s vision to create a fractional program is the perfect way to enter the exciting world of yachting without the fear of financial exposure normally associated with a yacht purchase. Purchasing a fractional share of a yacht is a safe investment because your investment is low, your quarterly contribution toward the operating expenses is minimal and when the time comes to sell your share, it’s quick and easy. The yachts on our fleet page are arranged by length and many offer two and four week shares with exceptional financing arrangements. We have many other yachts in the program that are closed out and do not appear on the fleet page. However, an occasional resale does occur. Please contact Monocle to review availability and pricing.
